StationPlot

* StationPlots are shown as selectable markers on the map

• They are used for:
  • Vertical profiles
    • Action: show selected profile in vprof window
  • Info from QSockets (tseries, mimage, qed)
    • Action: Send name of station back over the socket

• Some new features are needed:
  • List of stations (positions, some action) from asciifile/url
  • New action: showing an url
