NORDKLIM-OBS Project 4: Qc2

*Project Plan*

Establish a working group (1 representative interested in algorithm development from each participating country). Formulate and gather Qc2 ideas from the respective institutes.

The project leader shall assimilate and collate the information and co-ordinate further activities and discussion, and lead the generation of a report. There will also be the need to identify additional scientists at each institute who can act to review and suggest changes to proposed algorithms.
