Building libtiff, libjpeg and libpng on Windows
Download and extract the correct versions of zlib, libpng, jpeg and tiff:

| tiff | ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/libtiff/ | 3.9.2 |
Build them in the order in which they are listed in the table. In each case, after extracting, run the following commands:
$ ./configure --prefix=/mingw $ make $ make install
