Creation of coupling between FIMEX and WDB

Phase 1: coupling to one product: avalanche (snøskredd)

  • pqXX coupling to WDB, find static set of queries
  • automake in fimex for pqXX (optional selection)
  • write manual CDL (CF-1.x compliant) for snøskredd
  • generate class CDMReader_AvalancheWDB
    • translate CDL to fimex CDM in 'new' hard
    • implement getDataSlice(variable, unLimDimPos)
